Digital products (instant downloads)

Our digital products (including PDF guides, meal plans, charts, recipe books, and other downloadable resources) are delivered immediately after purchase.

Under EU consumer rules, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has started if you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

delivery of the digital content begins immediately after payment, and

you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

All digital sales are therefore non-refundable once the download link/access is delivered.

Coaching and personalised services

Coaching sessions and personalised programs are services. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be refunded.

For multi-session programs or personalised plans, refunds (if any) depend on what has already been delivered (for example: intake review, customised plan creation, guidance, calls, follow-ups).
