These Terms apply to purchases and use of products and services offered by PMB Solutions Lux Sarl, trading as Healthier by Day (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1) What we offer

We provide wellness education and support, including digital educational resources (PDF guides, meal plans, charts, recipe books) and wellness coaching services.

2) Educational and non-medical disclaimer

Our content and coaching are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, symptoms, medications, or treatment decisions. You are responsible for your own health choices and outcomes.

3) Orders, payment, and delivery

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment (typically by email link or download access). You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout.

4) Right of withdrawal (EU) — digital content

Where applicable, consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content delivered immediately, the withdrawal right ends once delivery begins, provided you have given prior express consent and acknowledged losing your withdrawal right. By purchasing our digital downloads, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge this effect. Please see our Refund & Withdrawal Policy for details.

5) Personal-use licence

Digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, share, upload, or publish our materials (in whole or in part) without written permission.

6) Coaching services

Coaching is supportive and educational. Results vary from person to person and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Rescheduling/cancellation terms may apply as described in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy and/or your booking confirmation.

7) Intellectual property

All materials, content, and branding are owned by Healthier by Day / PMB Solutions Lux Sarl or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our products/services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
